Academic Broadcast Support: Dear Researchers about TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM EKUAL "Oku & Broadcast" Agreements, upon questions reaching our library in the last period, we heard about the "Oku & Broadcast" (Read & Publish) support provided in the journals in Q1 and Q2 category. Our university library does not have a direct specific agreement with broadcasters, there are important opportunities to our researchers through national consortium agreements carried out under TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM EKUAL. Process and Important Information National Kota App: The Article Transaction Fee (APC) exemptions within the scope of "Oku & Publication" are carried out within the national jeans, not the enterprise. Kota is open to the use of all contracted institutions across Turkey, and the article is used according to the accepted order. Responsible Author Condition: To benefit from the support, our university must be "Sorum Author" (Corresponding Author). Corporate Email: The corporate email address with @ardahan.edu.tr should be used in application and submission processes. Approval Process: After your article is accepted, your open access request is provided directly to the TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM approval via the broadcaster system. Our university library has no authorization or intervention in this process. Important Note: In the event that the national jeans are filled in year, even if your article is accepted, APC fee may be met by writers.
