Those who cannot register via E-devlet can register on 02 October2026, starting at 09 October 2026 clock 17.00. The student can also register by the person who will personally or guardian the student.
There is no need for students who register on E-State.

d) another student at the YÖKSİS database database in the registration process of higher education institutions
In case of detection of the registered in the higher education institution, the same level will be recorded without the degree of secondary education in order not to register for a program, and this information will be confirmed from the higher education institution previously registered.
The Situation of Students who Can Not Be Graduated From Secondary Institutions u
The right to register for a higher education program will be held temporary records to higher education institutions in the specified dates of candidates who will be completed or entered into a single course exam by graduating from secondary institutions. The official records will be made if the candidates who have graduated from the masters of these candidates from 31 December 2026, the candidates who graduated from the High School of Higher Education until 29January 2027. The temporary records of those who do not document their graduates until this date will be deleted and the records of candidates who do not have temporary records in the specified dates will not be made.
