264. Inter-university Meeting was held in Higher Education Board. Mr. Prof. Dr. Ozturk Emiroğlu attended. Structural Transformation in Higher Education: Mr. Prof. Head of Micro Qualifications Framework Dr. Hüsnu Kapu and Professor of Higher Education Board President, who performs the opening speech of the meeting attended by university vectors. Dr. Erol Özvar gave the prosecution of a historical transformation in the Turkish higher education system. Özvar stated that “Uul and Principles on Micro Qualifications Framework in Higher Education Institutions” started a new era in higher education; micro qualifications expressed that gains acquired with short-term learning processes were measured and documented. This structure, which is compatible with the European Education Area and supported by digital badges, expressed that the flexible and skill-oriented new era was no. by transferring it was planned to integrate it into the system by 2026-2027. Strategic Vision of Turkish Higher Education and 2030 Road Map Meeting, the current and visionary agenda titles of higher education were discussed comprehensively. Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar participated in quality-oriented transformation, internationalization, university-sector collaboration and employment-compatible educational models, while 2030 was evaluated in accordance with the Road Map of the Right Turkish Higher Education. Dr. Öztürk Emiroğlu stressed that the flexible and skill-oriented new educational models to be applied will consolidate the power of students in the global employment market.
