Ardahan University was organized by the Department of Russian Language and Literature at the Faculty of Humanities and Literature, to bring academic information with the application and to support the cultural development of students. Dr. Öğr. from the Department of Event, Russian Language and Literature. A member of Chedem Dadak was held under the BAP project titled “Artific and Indicatorological Analysis of the Russian Wedding Income: Review of Language Codes and Etnosemantic Structures”. On October 15, 2026, we attended our students with academic and administrative staff to the workshop held at ARÜ Young Office, located on the 2nd floor of the Âşık Şenlik Cultural Center.
In the workshop, which constitutes the first stage of the two months project, information was given about the cultural meanings of the coccupy from the traditional titles of Russian women's clothing. The relationship with the understanding of the title, nesting, fertile and three-layer universe, where the name came from a root that expresses the excubation of ex-Russian. Kokoşniği was expressed especially a cultural indicator that reflects the changing social status of the bride in wedding ceremonies.
Following a brief information on the construction of coccyx under the workshop, participants created their own designs by taking advantage of the shape and decoration of the header. The opportunity to recognize traditional motifs in practice conducted studies to improve their skills and creative expression capabilities. This process, which brings academic research with practical learning, contributed students to Russian folk culture recognition and awareness on different cultural expression formats.
Project Manager Dr. Home The Member Chedem Dadak announced that in the second stage of the project, the 19th century Russian public wedding rituals will show a unique theatre show. In the show that Russian will be staged, supported with Turkish subtitles and traditional choir pastes, the original costume and coccyx produced in the workshop were used.
