Our University has been organized Online Training with the Subject of "Effective Leadership" from the IİBF

The online training program, organized by Ardahan University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, was successfully completed in the scope of the “Activate Education Series - 1”, titled “Effective Leadership From The Difference”. Prof. Dr. Hitit University Sungurlu Vocational High School Teaching Member. Dr. Gamze Ebru Çiftçi’s guest trainer was included in the program; the importance of self awareness in personal development processes and comprehensive presentation on modern leadership strategies. The event organized with intensive participation through the digital platform ends after interactive sharing that contributes to the professional competencies of academic staff.
