Kars Idare Court President Return to our Rector Visited

Mr. Mehmet Akif Akar, Chairman of Kars Idare Court, Prof. Dr. Öztürk Emiroğlu visited the return-i in his authority. In the meeting, the importance of joint working culture of institutions was highlighted by addressing consultations for regional development. Our Rector Prof. who wishs the satisfaction he had visited. Dr. Öztürk Emiroğlu thanked to Mr. Mehmet Akif Akar, Chairman of Kars Idare Court on occasion of gentle visits.
