Ardahan University hosted a meaningful panel titled “Becoming Woman on the Caring Journey” to create social awareness within 8 March World Women Day. In the coordination of the Women and Family Research Practice and Research Center, Ardahan Governorship and cooperation of local stakeholders, the event organized in the Cultural Center of the Women's professional life was discussed comprehensively in the light of academic and field experiences. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Ozturk Emiroğlu noted that the woman pays attention to the conquest of Turkish and Islamic civilizations: "There is a very special place of the woman in our civilization. We are inheritors of a ceremony that has been at the foot of ‘Cennet mothers’ and has been involved in the seal of the line since Central Asia. This blessed line was crowned with the right to choose and select Ataturk during the Republic period. I am celebrating the day of all our women, offering my gratitudes to those who have passed. In the continuation of the program, the stories of inspirational success were transferred to the participants in the sessions where significant share on the roles of women in the social and professional life. University Dr. Home Member Buket Akcan is held in the moderator of the Golden source; our Governor Assistant Esengül Korkmaz Floral Lady, Dr. Öğr. The Member Nurgül Moldalieva Orozobayev, Provincial Director of Citizenship and Population, Şengül Gök, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Musical Derim and Damal Babe Mucidi Sapling Atmaca shared the strategic roles and success stories of women in the working life with participants through their experiences. This comprehensive organization, which brings together local dynamics in a common share with academic knowledge, with the cooperation of all stakeholders institutions and organizations, has successfully completed the coordination of relevant units and ended with the collective photo shoot, which was held in the moment of the day.
