Our University’s Faculty of Sports Sciences, Turkey Championships

Our University Faculty of Sport Sciences, Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University hosted a major success at the Inter Universities Wrist Wrestling Championship. In this extensive organization, which has participated in 59 universities across Turkey, our faculty student attracted attention to the superior performance of Aybüke Yıldız. Yıldız was the Turkish Champion in both branches, leaving behind all its competitors in both right arm and left arm categories and brought gold medal to our university. In addition to this historical success achieved by Yıldız, our other students who represent our university in the same tournament Emil also reached an important degree in competitions where high competition is experienced. Emil, who managed to take part in the curing fight against dysiplinated, rived our success by obtaining the third of Turkey. These degrees gained at the national level have revealed the sportive competencies of our students, their tenacity and qualified training discipline offered by our faculty. In the congratulation message published by the Faculty of Sport Sciences, our students were congratizing Aybüke Yıldız and Emil, as of the outstanding performance they are exhibiting, they were presenting the successes in academic and sporty lives of athletes.
