Ardahan’s Agricultural Future Scientific Perspective: “Agriculture at Ardahan Ardahan” Panel Will be Held

The Institute of Agriculture and Livestock Sciences is preparing to host the agricultural and livestock sector, a comprehensive panel of Ardahan’s socio-economic structure. On Thursday, February 12, 2026, the panel titled “Agriculture at Ardahan” which will be held at the Aşık Festival Cultural Center at 10.00 am; aims to reinterpret the city’s rooted production heritage, sustainable agricultural techniques and modern scientific data light. In the panel where the regional development will be credited to the table of the agricultural sector; academicians and sector representatives will meet Ardahan’s production vision. The event is intended not only to analyze the current situation, but also to offer road maps on the integration of traditional methods with modern agricultural technologies. Within the framework of the strategy "to bring local experience with scientific knowledge" carried out by our institute, a special attention is given to the participation of high school students to the panel. This approach is aimed at seeing young generations as a agricultural development area and growing a conscious generation with local values.
