Prof. Dr. Öztürk Emiroğlu; Prof. Prof. Prof. Dr. Özoğlu, University of Economics Dr. Ekrem Gürel and Azerbaijan Kars Başkonsolosu Zaminkhan together with the University of Kafkas Prof. Dr. Hüsnu Kapu had a courteous visit. In the meeting held in the Rectorial authority of Kafkas University, academic coordination and scientific cooperation opportunities between regional universities were evaluated.
