“Teknofest Turkey Championship Experience Sharing” Program was Held in Our University’s House

Ardahan University hosted the “Teknofest Turkey Championship Experience Sharing” program held in cooperation with Ardahan Agriculture and Forest Provincial Directorate and ARÜ Teknofest Community. Our Association Prof. Dr. Ozturk Emiroğlu attended a large number of students, academicians, educators and students. The vision of Millî Technology Hamlesi in the event was comprehensively evaluated by the technology development capacity of Turkey and the national achievements achieved in the Teknofest process of Ardahan. T3 Foundation Ardahan Provincial Associate Professor. Dr. Tayfun Yıldız attracted attention to the critical role of Turkey’s Technology Team Foundation in the opening speech to become a country that produces technology in our country. The developments recorded in recent years in the field of defense and aerospace—the first hybrid motor orbital transfer tool Fergani Uluğbey sent to the space—the strong examples of the National Technology Hamle were shared with participants. The journey of Teknofest started with 550 thousand visitors in 2018 was expressed to one of the world’s largest technology festivals with more than 12 million visitors and 150 corporate stakeholders. In the scope of the program Ardahan’s Teknofest introduced remarkable achievements in the 2025 process. Skyfarm 360 Project developed by Ardahan Agriculture and Forest Provincial Directorate was the first of Turkey from 1,200 projects in Agricultural Technologies category. This successfully achieved the selection of the pilot province of Ardahan, which is worth being supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forest. The Makeathon “Kar Taneleri” team consisting of Experimental Workshop students deserved to attend Teknofest Istanbul finals by entering the first 15 of 35 thousand students and 1,500 teams. Founded in 2025 at Ardahan University, the ARÜ Teknofest Community signed important projects with 135 volunteer students. ÜNIDES Project prepared by the Community was awarded 75.000 TL support at Teknofest. SERKA–Ardahan University is a student organization of the Cyber Native Project, which is conducted successfully by the community. The aim of ongoing work in Waran UAV, financial technologies, blockchain systems and other innovative areas was stated in Ardahan to turn the Teknofest success into a sustainable technology culture.
