College Prof. Dr. Ozturk Emiroğlu visited Murat Bilal Emin, Secretary General of Ardahan Provincial Special Administration. On the visit, evaluations for the role of our university in the regional development were made; headings on the open areas were discussed with current studies for rural infrastructure. The interview was finalized with positive assessments on strengthening the theme between institutions.
