Breathing to the Future with the Event of “Being a Planted Tree” in our University

In order to strengthen environmental awareness in our university and to create a culture of the campus that is integrated with nature, the seedlings were planted. Prof. Dr. Öztürk Emiroğlu, Secretary General H. Caner Akkurt attended numerous students with academic and administrative staff. In the program that takes place with the intense interest of participants, students and staff together have given a significant contribution to nature for a green future. Within the scope of the event, Mr Hakan Bayraktar, who exhibits a sample behavior with the awareness of responsiveness and social responsibility, was donated from the idea to be planted on the campus area. 102 of the Republic from our Rector Our Rector Prof. Home Öztürk Emiroğlu stressed that planting seedlings is not only an environmental activity, but also a meaningful gift to the 102th anniversary of our Republic and a permanent value to leave next generations. These seedlings we planted in the memory of the 102th year of our country, not only live to root the ground, but also are the symbols of the presence of our students, academicians and all university components in these territories. Even after graduation, we want our students to stay at a permission that symbolizes the bond with this university. Ardahan is one of the lowest provinces of Turkey in terms of oxygen rate, reminds us that such environmental initiatives are what denial. I would like to say that if you know that the Messenger of our prophet will break, even remembering the words of the seedlings in your hand, producing, living, and hope to re-think the place in our civilization. Every idea we planted today is a concrete reflection of this thought. We all have no luck. At the end of the event, participants marked their own seedlings with name tags. Within the scope of the program, the participation certificate was presented to all participants who contribute to environmental awareness.
