On October 30, 2025, our University Humanities and Literature Faculty Nazim Hikmet Conference Hall hosted a meaningful meeting in-depth the cultural and cultural identity of the Republic. The “Cumhuriyetin Edebî Portrait” panel planned by the Turkish Society, took place with intense interest and high participation. Our Rector Prof. Prof. Dr. Öztürk Emiroğlu, Vice-President and Turkish Society of Cardiology. Dr. Gürhan Çopur Home Member Nurgül Bağcı, President of Turkish Language and Literature Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şenel attended academic staff, club members and students from our University. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Öztürk Emiroğlu made a speech that highlights the transformation effect of the Republic on Turkish literature. After the opening speech, light was held to the journey of literature and thought in the Republic of the Republic. In the panel on Muhammet Can Arayan’s creation; Alican Yılmaz, on the evolution of novel during the Republic period, the spirit of change and era in poem, and the Turkish Language and Literature Department of Chedem Shepherd, upon the contributions of the journal’s social and cultural life, presented presentations of postgraduate and postgraduate students. During the panel, Mehmet Akif Ersoy from Halide Edib Adıvar was born with examples of edebî inherited inheritance from Faruk Nafiz Çamlıbel. The ideals, social transformations and reflections of the Republic were discussed through photographs and works of the period.
