In September 25, 2025, Baku Slavicyan University (BSU) signed an important protocol to strengthen academic and scientific business unity. Prof. Dr. Öztürk Emiroğlu and BSU Prof. This agreement with the signatures of Dr. Anar Nağıyev aims to strengthen academic and scientific relations, increasing student and academic exchange programs, supporting joint research projects, collaboration and sharing experience in education.
