Belgium Turkish Language Institute Compliance and Research Center President Şener Uğurlu, University Prof. Dr. Öztürk visited Emiroğlu in his authority. On the visit, the academic and cultural business associations that can be held between the Belgian Turkish Language Institute and Ardahan University were evaluated, mutual opinion was exchanged about joint projects and protocol studies. Prof. Dr. Ozturk Emiroğlu, thanks to Şener Uğurlu for his visits and cooperation intentions, emphasized the importance of strengthening relations between two institutions.
