Exhibition Specifications

INFORMATION ABOUT THE EXHIBITION/CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

  1. The exhibition is themed "Mythology". Your work should be in accordance with the theme of the symposium and the theme of the exhibition. Works outside the theme will not be accepted.
  2. By applying to the exhibition, you authorize all kinds of use of your works on the web in accordance with the 6698 Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
  3. You can apply by sending 1 (one) of your previously unexhibited work in JPEG format to the e-mail address specified in article 4. In addition, you must add the image of the work to the work introduction card.
  4. The long side of the works is maximum 100 cm for paintings, sculptures and ceramics etc. for 60 cm, textile etc. for 120 cm.
  5. The artwork image should be placed on the work identification card at 300 dpi.
  6. Works produced with all kinds of fine arts techniques such as acrylic, oil painting, print painting, exlibris, photography, graphic drawing, illustration, watercolor, ceramic, tile will be accepted to the exhibition.
  7. The artist’s name and surname, technique, price and contact information should be written on the back of the works.
  8. Work images should be sent to the <mythologyexhibition((mythologyexhibition@ardahan.edu.tr)e-mail address until October 07, 2022 or click for Registration.
  9. The works to be exhibited will be selected by the Exhibition Jury.
  10. A certificate will be sent to each participant by the Exhibition Jury.
  11. A letter of acceptance will be sent to the participants for the works selected by the jury. Owners of works whose works have been accepted by the jury and registered must send their works to the specified cargo address by October 03, 2022 at the latest. Those who will attend the exhibition or symposium can bring their works themselves.
  12. At the end of the exhibition, Ardahan University; The works will be sent to the address specified by the work owner in the participation form by courier with counter payment. At the end of the exhibition, a certificate of the artist will be sent along with the works.
  13. Exhibition participation fee is 150 TL only for those who send works and 75 TL for students. The fee for the participants whose papers have been accepted is 50 TL.

  15. At the end of the exhibition, pdf and online catalog will be published on https://www.ardahan.edu.tr/.
  16. The deadline for admissions is October 07, 2022. Until this date, it is necessary to apply for the exhibition through the "Register". After the registration deadline (October 07, 2022), application cancellation and no refund will be made.
  17. Our university is not responsible for negativities such as damage or loss of the works during the sending, transportation and exhibition of the works by cargo. In addition, "Ardahan University" is not responsible for the works and related expenses that are not received as a result of sending the work by courier after the end of the exhibition or returned due to the wrong address notification of the artist.
