Since October 1997, Warsaw University Faculty of Eastern Languages is a faculty member of Turkishology and Central Asian People. She was professor at Warsaw University in 2010. It is the first Turkish academician who is a professor and professor in Poland.

Mart made general secretariat from 2003 to January 2012. He worked as Yunus Emre Institute Warsaw Manager from July 2013 to June 2020. He was appointed as Ardahan University Recector in April 2025.
