Ardahan University Social Additive Policy
We see social contribution as Ardahan University as an integral part of our corporate mission. In this context, we aim to conduct effective studies in strengthening sustainable development, regional development, social awareness, environmental sustainability and disadvantaged groups. Our goal is to strengthen university-city business union by serving society, to produce solutions to social problems and improve social awareness.
Our Basic Principles
1.Sustainable Development
- To develop projects that stand out economical, social and environmental balance by taking the United Nations Sustainable Development Objectives (SKA) guide in our studies,
- Widelyizing environmentally friendly applications,
- Making awareness studies in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency,
- It is aimed to support the development projects with climate change.
2. 2. Local and Regional Development
- To contribute to the socioeconomic development of provinces around Ardahan and our university, reveal local potential and strengthen business unity with local authorities,
- Providing training and projects to increase the revenue sources of local people,
- Providing scientific support and consultancy for agriculture, livestock and tourism sectors,
- It is aimed to design entrepreneurship and capacity development programs for local businesses.
3. Awareness and Awareness of society
- organize educational programs and events that raise awareness on critical matters such as society disaster management, health, education and human rights,
- To give trainings that create disaster awareness and prepare for disasters,
- Providing awareness activities for women’s rights, child rights and human rights,

5. Reinforcement of disadvantaged Groups
- Improve the quality of life of disadvantaged groups, improve education and employment possibilities,
- To score accessibility projects for disabled,
- To do studies that support female entrepreneurs,
- It is aimed to provide social integration activities for immigration and refugees.

Our Goals
1. Organize at least 10 awareness and awareness programs for all segments of the community.
2.To contribute to the sustainable development projects at least 5 times a year.
3. Developing projects to increase employment opportunities for disadvantaged groups.
4. Conduct at least 3 local or national projects focused on regional development.
